I'm scared of this clown!!

I've seen this picture everywhere and had no desire to find out who it was until I saw the second picture and then I realized who it was. If you don't know then you may not be a big fan of How I Met Your Mother. His costume is (wait for it) legendary. The guy he's with may have to go see a teenage doctor. Do you give up?
